We ask that you contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you wish to return or exchange it. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item, and we will arrange for a return or exchange. Items that are damaged or worn cannot be returned. The labels, packaging, and invoices must all be kept in order to make a successful return. In the event that certain items are missing, it may be impossible to process a return. Should your item be missing parts or not in original condition, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, such as e-books or software, cannot be returned or refunded once they have been viewed or downloaded. Return Shipping
